Returns Instructions:

Obtain a RMA number by completing the RMA request form online. Do not return products without obtaining an RMA number from a Takara Belmont returns coordinator (see terms and conditions).
Ensure that all equipment and/or components for return are wrapped in packaging materials.
Ensure that all equipment and/or components for return are packed in sturdy packaging, boxes or containers (preferably in the original packaging).
Write your assigned RMA number, provided by the returns coordinator, on the packaging of your return.
Print a completed copy of your RMA form that shows your RMA number and place a copy inside of the box.
